Yanchao offers DDP door-to-door, DDU door-to-door, port-to-door clearance, bonded warehouse transfers and temporary import/export coordination. Suitability and the operating parties are confirmed for each shipment.
DDP tax-inclusive and DDU duty-excluded options are available for assessment. Confirm the taxes covered, the party handling import clearance, delivery scope and exclusions in your quotation. Port-to-door clearance excludes costs before arrival at port. Agree responsibility for inspection, storage, port delays and return shipments separately; do not assume all exceptional costs are covered.
Send the cargo description and intended use, packing list, invoice, importer and consignee details, arrival port and delivery address. Include existing permits or certificates and any special cargo attributes. Mention tax-document, export-rebate or settlement needs before booking so the relevant scope can be reviewed.
The quotation is assessed against cargo type, quantity, weight and dimensions, arrival point, delivery location, clearance mode and any special handling or permit coordination. Confirm the scope before booking; there is no single fixed price for every shipment. Inspection, storage and remote-address delivery may involve additional or changing charges; confirm these items in the quotation.

Yanchao can coordinate delivery resources to locations across Indonesia. Outside Jakarta, courier or vehicle arrangements and actual charges are confirmed for the destination and cargo.
